I spent years as a corporate and nonprofit executive growing my experience and skills. However, in 2020, I decided it was time to remove the middleman and launched Grants Works, a grant compliance consulting company. In just two years, I grew the firm to a multi-six-figure consulting company that's on its way to an initial goal of seven figures. We have a growing roster of national and global clients that include startups, universities, local government agencies, and nonprofits.
My shift to entrepreneurship was inspired by the desire to devote more time to family and friends, to live out my lifelong dream of traveling around the world, and to live life on my own terms. I finally took a leap after a confidence boost I received by taking life-changing training I took in early 2020.
